The two bedroom units at the Terrace range in size from 1,390 to 1,481 sq. ft. There are 6 three-bedroom units with living areas of 1,941 sq. ft. and 2 with 2,462 sq. ft. The Terrace provides owners with one covered parking space, and an exterior storage closet.
